The Rowe

In 1923, the Rowe Hotel was one of Grand Rapids’ finest luxury inns. Vacant since 2001, it has regained the vibrancy and glamour of its early years. The Rowe’s renovation and rebranding created a new Grand Rapids destination with the re-establishment of downtown living, featuring nearly 80 one and two-bedroom apartments and condominiums on the 10th and newly-added 11th floor. The project features 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, underground parking, a rooftop terrace, a resident community room, and a fitness center. The Rowe also underwent an extensive exterior restoration of the building’s ornate masonry and terra cotta facades, reestablishing its stately place in downtown Grand Rapids.
